BREAD ROLLS


INGREDIENTS:
Bread slices                              8
Ghee/ oil                                  3tbsp
Salt                                          to taste

Potatoes                                  4 big
onions                                      ½ cup chopped
Ginger                                     1 inch piece
Green chillies                          2
Oil                                           for frying
Cumin seeds                            1tsp
Red chilli powder1 tsp            1tsp
Salt                                          to taste
Amchur                                   1tsp
Garam masala                          1tsp
Corriender leaves                    1tbsp



METHOD;
Chop ginger and chillies finaly. Boil potatoes,cook peas in salted water , drain excess water.
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds & when it changes colour , add ginger, g chillies, onions, potatoes.
Add red chilli powder, salt , amchur  & garam masala.stir well. Keep it covered for five mins. Turn off the gas. Let the mix cool.
Soak  1 bread slices in water for 30 seconds, take out carefully and squeez it lightly betwee1n your palms,  put  1 tbsp of the stuffing and stuff them and seal properly.
Deep  fry in hot oil till golden brown.
Serve hot with chutney.
