
Ingredients:
Atta (wheat flour) 1 cup
Ghee 1 tsp
Salt 1 pinch
boiled and mashed potatoes 1 cup
Asfoetida a pinch
Ginger ¼ tsp
Green chillies 1 finely chopped
Coriander powder ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder ¼ tsp
Chat masala ½ tsp
Garam masala ½ tsp
Ghee for shallow frying
METHOD:
Knead a soft dough with aatta, salt and ghee.
Keep aside.
Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan, add chillies and ginger and sauté for I min add mashed potatoes and mix. Cook covered for 10 mins stir once and add all the spices and cook for another 2 mins.keep aside to cool.
Now make balls from the dough, and roll it like a puri and put a table spoon full of aaloo masala in the center and close it to make the ball with the stuffing now roll it again into a paranthaa.
Heat a gridle and then shallow fry this parantha on both the sides keeping the flame low. Remove from gas and serve hotLabels: AALOO, aaloo parantha, PARANTHA, stuffed parantha
