
Ingredients:
Paneer (cottage cheese) 200 gms
Batter:
Maida (flour) 4tbsp
Water 1/3 cup
Garlic crushed 2-3 flakes
Chilli powder ½ tsp
Chaat masala ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Oil for frying
Coating:
Bread crumbs 1/3 cup
Sesame seeds( til) 4 tbsp
Semolina ( suji) 1 tbsp
Method:
Cut the paneer into ¼” thick slices. Cut diagonally to get triangles.
Sprinkle salt and chat masala on both sides. Keep aside.
Heat oil on medium heat in a kadahi.
Mix all the ingredients of batter in a shallow flat bowl.
Mix all the coating ingredientsin large flat plate, to spread the mix.
Dip paneer pieces in the batter.remove from better and toss in the coating mixture to coat all sides.
Fry the paneer pieces, one at a time, till crisp, drain on paper napkin to remove excess oil. Serve hot.
