
Ingredients:
Dough:
Flour (maida) 2 cups
Semolina (Suji) 1/2 cup
water 1/4 cup ( to soak suji)
Sugar 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
Baking powder 1 1/2tsp
Water 1/2 cup
Stuffing:
Paneer 1 cup grated
Coriander 2 tbsp chopped
Green chillies 2 tsp chopped
salt 1/4 tsp
red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Method:
Mix suji and sugar in a bowl. add 1/4 cup water and mix well, keep aside for 15 mins.
Now add maida, salt and bakeing powder to the suji mix and make a soft dough with the help of some water.
Apply some oil on the dough and cover it with moist cloth, keep aside for atleast 20 mins.
Cover the tray of an electric tandoor with aluminium foil. grease it. Heat the tandoor.
Divide the dough in 8 balls. Take 1 ball, flattenit , keep the stuffing in the center and close it as we do in stuff paranthas. Roll it like paranthas (chapaties) using maida.
Place kulcha on greased tray. put the tray back in hot tandoor. Cook till light golden spots appear on kulche. serve hot.
