SOYA KABABS

 MY husband just loves............. soya nuggets and wants me to make something made off them so i prepared them for him and he just loved them. Even my 2 year old daughter loved it,  as she was fascinated with the shape of the kababs. this is a very healthy dish as soya is very rich in protines.


Ingredients:
Soya nuggets  250 gms soak over night
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Green coriander 2 tsp  
Almonds 5
Onion 1 chopped
Garlic cloves 3-4
Ginger  1" 
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala  1 tsp
salt to taste
Red chillies  to taste

Method:
Coursly grind soya, almonds, garlic, ginger in a mixer.
Add onoins, lemon juice, garam masala, chaat masala, salt, red chillies to the ground mixture.
Mix well and keep in refrigrater for 30 mins.
now make cutlets of any shape and deep fry in hot oil tillthey are golden brown.
you can shallow fry or can grill them too if you want them to be healthier.
