JALJEERA


Ingredients:
Tamarind 30 gms
Mint leaves 15-20 ground
Ginger ½” ground
Black salt ½ tsp
Water 2 cups
Sugar 3 ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Method:
Wash the tamarind and take out pulp.
Add all the ground ingredients to the pulp.add water and sugar, salts. mix well.
Strain through a sieve and serve chilled with roasted jeera.
