
Ingredients:
Daliya (broken wheat) 150gms
Chhachh(curd mixed with water) 100gms
Potatoes 200gms (boiled and mashed)
Coconut 2tbsp grated
Carrot 50gms grated
Beans 50 gms chopped very finely
Chillies 3 chopped
Green coriander 2tbsp
Ginger 1” grated
Dry mango powder to taste
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds 1tsp roasted and ground
Peanuts 2tbsp roasted and ground
Oil for frying
Method:
Dry roast dalia and soak in chhachh. Keep aside for 15 mins.
Add all the ingredients and mix well.make small cutlets.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry in hot oil, till golden brown.
Serve hot.
