
Ingredients:
Boiled and mashed channas 1 cup
Boiled and mashed potatoes 1 cup
Chillies 2 chopped
Green coriander 2tbsp
Ginger 1” grated
Garam masala powder ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds 1tsp roasted and ground
Peanuts 2tbsp roasted and ground
Chilli powder ½ tsp
Bread slice 1
Oil for frying
Method:
Add all the ingredients and mix well.
Make small cutlets of any shape.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry in hot oil, till golden brown.
Serve hot.
