CHANA DAAL VADA



Ingredients:
Chana daal (Bengal gram daal) 100gms
Chopped onion 1
Ginger ½” piece grated
Cinnamon 1” piece
Green chillies 1
Salt to taste
Curry leaves 10
Cumin seeds 1 tsp

Method:

Coarsely grind channa daal with cinnamon and chillies.
Add onion, ginger, curry patta, salt and ground cumin powder.
Mix well, take a spoon ful on your wet palm and flatten them a bit, give desired shape and slip gently into hot oil.
Fry on medium flame till golden brown.
Serve hot .
