
Ingredients:
Boiled potatoes 4 mashed
Soya granules 2 cups soaked in warm salted water and squeezed
Onions 2 small
Ginger 1”pieces grated
Green chillies 2 finely chopped
Bread slices 2 soaked and squeezed
Lemon juice 1 tbs
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder ½ tsP
Green coriander for garnishing
Oil for frying
Method:
Mix all the ingredients well. Make a dough out of it. Take small balls of dough and make tikkies .
You can shallow fry or deep fry them. If deep frying, fry on high flame first, when a little cooked. Simmer the flame and fry till golden brown.
Serve hot with sauce or chutney of your choice.
