
Ingredients:
Sago or saboodana 11/2 Cups
Potatoes 3 boiled and mashed
Peanuts 1 cup (roasted)
Green chillies 3 finenly chopped
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
Lemon juice 1tbsp
Green coriander ¼ bunch
Method:
Wash and soak saboodana in water for 2 hours. Water shd be just above sabodana level.
Coarsely grind peanuts and finely chop green coriander and chillies.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Devide in to 16 balls give desired shape and keep aside.
Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry these vada till golden brown, keeping the heat on high flame.
Serve hot.
