
Ingredients:
1 medium-sized bunches of fresh spinach boiled and pureed
Sweet Corn kernels 1 cup
100 gms Paneer greated
2 tbsp vegetable cooking oil
2 onions chopped fine
2 tomatoes diced
1 tsps garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
2 tsps coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
Salt to taste
Milk 1 cup warm
1 tbsp of cream to garnish
Preparation:
Add 2 tbsps of oil to the pan and add cumin seeds, fry the onions in it till soft.
Add the ginger and garlic pastes and fry for a minute.
Add tomatoes and fry till they are soft and oil gets seprated.
Add coriander, turmeric and garam masala Add salt to taste and mix well.
Add corns to it, let them cook for 2 mins. Add spinach and mix well. Cook for 10 mins. Add warm milk. Cook for 2 mins.
Add greated paneer to this and mix, cook for 2 mins.
Garnish with cream and serve hot with Chapatis or rice.
