
Ingredients:
Potatoes 4 large boiled, pealed and cut in to pieces
Curd ½ cup
Green Chillies 2-3
Ginger 1tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Rock salt or sendha namak to taste
Cumin seeds (jeera) 1 tsp
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
coriander powder 2 tsp
Green coriander for garnishing
Garam masala 1 tsp
Curry leaves 10
Oil 2tbsp
Method:
Grind together chillies and ginger.
Mix, potatoes, curd and all the spices leaving cumin seeds. Mix ginger chilli paste with it and keep aside for 15 mins.
Heat oil in a pan, add curry patta and jeera, when it crackles, add potato mixture.
Sauté for a few min when it leaves oil. Add green coriander and serve hot.
