
Ingredients:
Paneer 300gms
Onion 200gms
Capsicum 1
REd or yellow pepper 1(optional)
Maida 1 ½ tbsp
Curd 1tsp
Cornflour 1tsp
Soya sauce 1tsp
Chilli sauce 1tsp
Vinegar 1tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Tomato sauce 1 ½ tbsp
Salt & pepper to taste
METHOD:
Make fine paste of maida, cornflour, curd, salt, pepper, gingergarlic paste
Marinate paneer pieces in to it for atleast ½ an hour.
Shallow fry them, till they are crispy, keep aside
Heat 1 tbsp oil & stir fry ginger garlic paste and chopped thick pieces of onion &
Capsicum till they are brown
Add salt, pepper, sauces
Cook on high flame till oil seprates
Add pareer and cook for 5-6 mins.Garnish them well serve hot with mint yougart dip
