
Ingredients:
Curd 2 cups
Bhujiya or bikaneri sev 1 cup
Salt to taste
Roasted cumin powder (jeera) 1 tsp
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
Method:
Beat the curd well to make it smooth.
Add bhujia, salt, jeera, red chilli powder. Mix well and serve immediately, garnished with bhujia,
and jeera powder.
TIP: you can use aaloo bhujiya if you want.
