
Ingredients:
Besan 2 cups
Onions 2 small chopped
Tomatoes 2 small chopped
Spinach 5 leaves finely chopped
Carrot 1 greated
Green chillies 2 finely chopped
Salt to taste
Chat masala 1tsp
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
Green coriander 2 tbsp finely chopped
Method:
Mix all the ingredients and make a smooth batter with the help of water. There should be no lumps.
Heat a non stick griddle (tawa). Put 1 tsp oil on it and take a ladle full of this batter and spread on hot tawa. Cook for 1 min. sprinkle some oil on itand also on its sides. Then turn it carefully.
